Welcome to ISLA Aviation! We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering, elevating, and advocating for Latinas pursuing careers in the aviation and aerospace sectors. Our community was founded on the belief that by uniting, we can create a powerful network of support, mentorship, and opportunity for Latinas who are reaching for the skies. We exist to break down barriers and build a future where Latinas are at the forefront of innovation and leadership in the industry.

Our Mission
Our mission is to connect, empower, and advocate for Latinas in executive leadership, business
management, flight crew, science, technology, engineering, and maintenance professions in aviation
and aerospace worldwide.
