Welcome to ISLA ! We are a nonprofit organization (501-c3) dedicated to empowering, elevating, and advocating for Latinas pursuing careers in the aviation and aerospace sectors. Our community was founded on the belief that by uniting, we can create a powerful network of support, mentorship, and opportunity for Latinas who are reaching for the skies. We exist to break down barriers and build a future where Latinas are at the forefront of innovation and leadership in the industry.
